Over the years, David has been responsible for originating in excess of $400,000,000 in commercial loans of all types. David is a recognized authority in the packaging and utilization of Small Business Administration Guaranteed loans. In addition, David has been an owner and involved in the operation of a number of small businesses, and speaks the language of the entrepeneur! David brings a wealth of  lending expertise and the knowledge to creatively structure a broad range of financial solutions for our clients.

Clara Piecuch, has over 18 years experience in the equipment leasing business in the Midwest and has established an in house leasing company as an additional facility for the financing needs of our clients. Our company is able to tailor equipment financing options for most all commercial and industrial businesses. Clara is familiar with all aspects of the leasing industry including vendor programs and portfolio asset management. In addition, throughout her professional career, Clara, has worked in various capacities with both residential and commercial real estate development companies.
